Politica editoriale
What we will and will not print.
Reference, not advice
Pages describe what rules, prices and conditions are. They do not recommend a course of action, and nothing on the site is immigration, medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Where a choice has trade-offs — the train against the sleeper bus, a cruise against a day trip — we set out the trade-offs and let the reader decide.
Sourcing
Every page lists its sources. Facts imported from Wikidata and OpenStreetMap carry their licences and links. News items are headlines and short summaries from the publisher, always linking out; we do not reproduce articles.
Dating
Every page shows when it was last verified, and every price and fare shows when it was observed. An undated figure is not published.
Uncertainty
Where sources disagree, the page says so and names the disagreement rather than choosing silently. Where something is unknown, the page says it is unknown.
AI assistance
Drafts are generated from structured data and a research brief with AI assistance, then checked against sources before publication. The provenance statement appears in the footer of every page. AI is used to draft and to structure; it is not treated as a source.
Commercial content
Affiliate links are marked as such and kept separate from editorial text. No partner has any influence over what a page says. We do not accept payment for coverage, and there are no sponsored pages.
Corrections
Send corrections through the contact page. Corrected pages get a new verification date.
